$94.50 due the 1st of the month . These dues cover Common Area utilities, Common Area snow removal, and full landscaping services.

The HOA contracts landscaping for all common and limited common areas of this property, as well as snow removal for the community roadways and Common sidewalks.

Mondays unless there is a holiday. In those cases, pickup is usually moved to the next day.
