I have had a rental property in Layton for 9 years. Until 1 1/2 years ago, I had another property management company. During the history with the other company I had many times where the renter left (for various reasons) and it would be months before the property was rented again. At the time I switched over to Alliance Property Management, my property had been vacant for 4 months. It had a renter in it in less than a month and has been rented continuously since. They are very responsive when I need to check about something and very good to work with. I don't live close to the property so this is especially important to have that kind of service. They make me feel confident that my property is well taken care of.
