HOA DUES:

                 Monthly HOA Dues of $225.00 are due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after 10th.   

                 Remit Payment To:  Stone Creek Canyon HOA, 4655 South 1900 West Suite 6, Roy, Utah 84067

                 A 10% late fee will be assessed for dues received after the 10th of each month.

MAIL KEY:

                 In order to receive your mailbox key, you must visit the Ogden Post Office in person.  

                The Ogden Post Office is located at 3680 Pacific Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84401. They can be contacted at 801-627-4527.

 

GARBAGE:

                Garbage cans are typically picked up every Friday unless there is a holiday.  In this case it typically is the next day.                        Please refer to Garbage Can Rules & Regulations.

 

POOL HOURS:

               The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  Hours of operation are daily from 8 AM - 10 PM.  The pool can                   be accessed with your Clubhouse/Pool Key Fob.  

 

CLUBHOUSE HOURS:

               The clubhouse is open daily from 10 AM - 10 PM.  You may utilize the gym equipment daily starting at 5 AM. To                         reserve the clubhouse, please email us at info@apmutah.com. 

 

PARKING:

               If your car has been towed please contact Love Towing at (801) 695-5278.  They are located at 795 West 12th Street,                      Ogden, Utah 84404.  To avoid having your car towed, please ensure you are familiar with the community parking                        rules and regulations. No street parking at any time. To request a parking pass please email us at info@apmutah.com.

MAINTENANCE:

                If you need to submit a maintenance request please log into your personal portal account and submit one there or                     email us at maintenance@apmutah.com.

COVID-19 Policies and Procedures: The following are policies or procedures that we are following due to the risks of COVID-19 and the instructions we have received from the state of Utah as well as recommendations from the Utah Apartment Association.

 

 

Closures:

 

-Alliance’s office in Roy will be open to the public by appointment only. If you need to bring a payment or document to our office, you may use the drop slot or make an appointment with our office staff.

 

-Most common area facilities have been reopened to the public. To ensure the safety of everyone please continue to abide by the social distancing guidelines and safety procedures provided by the state.

 

 

Maintenance:

 

Maintenance will be scheduled as usual. Residents that are showing signs of COVID-19 are asked to postpone maintenance requests unless it is a maintenance emergency.

 

Payments, Residential/Commercial/HOA:

 

-If you are unable to make a payment during this time, please contact our office as soon as you can. We are willing to work with anyone that has been negatively affected by COVID-19 and requires an accommodation for payments. Our office is complying with all laws, legislation and in house policies.

 

 

Investment Clients:

 

-We are working with tenants at this time to ensure that rents be paid and in a timely manner. We understand that you also may have been effected negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic and have a mortgage to continue to pay. We will send regular communication if for any reason you will not be receiving rents for the month or receiving them late.

 

 

Property Showings:

 

At this time we will continue to show our available rental properties as self-guided tours. You may contact our office to set up a showing.  We ask that you please use caution when viewing vacant units and follow heath precautions.
