Frequently Asked Questions

$235 due the 1st of the month with $35 late fee applicable after 15th of the month. These dues cover sewer, garbage; and Common Area utilities and landscping/maintenance.

Admin (transfer) fee: $295 + 1 month of dues
Reinvestment fee: $800.

Fridays unless there is a holiday. In those cases, pickup is usually moved to the next day.

Please adhere to all HOA parking Rules and Regulations, including abiding by all posted signs within the community. There are parking permits available for a monthly fee for select parking spots. The clubhouse is open daily, with the gym being accessible from 5am to 10pm. These amenities can be accessed with your key fob. If you are interested in reserving the clubhouse for an event or need a replacement key fob, please reach out to us with an email to info@apmutah.com.

The pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day between the hours of 8am and 10pm daily. The pool can be accessed with your key fob. If you need a replacement key fob, please reach out to use with an email to info@apmutah.com.

If you need to submit a maintenance request please log into your owner portal account and submit one there or email us at maintenance@apmutah.com.

The Board has approved the following Front Door Paint & Stain for use: Lowe's Item #15955, Model #56505A/01, Color Canyon Brown.

If you are looking to make any modifications to your unit, an ACC request ist required to be submitted with all applicable details of the project so the Board can review and approve the project prior to the work being started. You can submit this request through your homeowner portal, or by completing the ACC request form located in the Other Documents section of this webpage and emailing it to info@apmutah.com.
