Management Fees:

HOA Management Services:

Services include monthly financial statements, quarterly board meetings and annual General Membership Meeting, record keeping, maintenance scheduling and overview, monthly property inspections and rule violation follow up.

Management Contract:

Like most of our competitors, we require a one-year contract term but we provide buyout options should you be dissatisfied during that period.

Collection Accounts:

We actively work with each account to avoid delinquent accounts but we have an amazing collection attorney that handles all of our HOA collection accounts if needed.

Owner Portal Accounts:

All HOA owners have access to an online portal account where they can make payments, review their balance, request maintenance, and update contact information.

COVID-19 Policy and Procedures: As of 5/1/2020

 

The following are policies or procedures that we are following due to the risks of COVID-19 and the instructions we have received from the state of Utah as well as recommendations from the Utah Apartment Association.

Closures:

-Alliance’s office in Roy will be open to the public by appointment only. If you need to bring a payment or document to our office, you may use the drop slot or make an appointment with our office staff.

 

-Most common area facilities have been reopened to the public. To ensure the safety of everyone please continue to abide by the social distancing guidelines and safety procedures provided by the state.

Maintenance:

-Maintenance will be scheduled as usual. Residents that are showing signs of COVID-19 are asked to postpone maintenance requests unless it is a maintenance emergency.

 

Payments, Residential/Commercial/HOA:

-If you are unable to make a payment during this time, please contact our office as soon as you can. We are willing to work with anyone that has been negatively affected by COVID-19 and requires an accommodation for payments. Our office is complying with all laws, legislation and in house policies.

Investment Clients:

-We are working with tenants at this time to ensure that rents be paid and in a timely manner. We understand that you also may have been effected negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic and have a mortgage to continue to pay. We will send regular communication if for any reason you will not be receiving rents for the month or receiving them late.

Property Showings:

-At this time we will continue to show our available rental properties as self-guided tours. You may contact our office to set up a showing.  We ask that you please use caution when viewing vacant units and follow heath precautions.
