$165 due the 1st of the month with a $15 late fee applicable after 15th of the month. These dues cover water, sewer, garbage; Common Area utilities and landscaping/maintenance.

Admin (transfer) fee: $295 + 1 month of dues

Tuesdays unless there is a holiday. In those cases, pickup is usually moved to the next day.

You can submit a Service Request for any maintenance-related issues through your owner portal or by emailing us at maintenance@apmutah.com.

If you need to replace the house numbers on the exterior of your unit, the details to purchase the Board-approved house numbers that are acceptable to use can be found under the "Important Information" heading below.

If you are looking to make any modifications to your unit, an ACC request is required to be submitted with all applicable details of the project so the Board can review and approve the project prior to the work being started. You can submit this request through your homeowner portal, or by completing the ACC Request Form located in the Other Documents section of this webpage and emailing it to info@apmutah.com.

House Numbers:
If you are currently missing house numbers identifying your unit, or they are mismatched, please purchase and install replacements as soon as possible. The Board has elected to move away from the polished brass look as they are not very easy to obtain, and have voted their approval of the address numbers that are available through Amazon via this link.

These house numbers are the only approved replacements that are to be purchased and installed on your units when replacements are needed. They are 5.5” in height, made of cast iron, and are a black-brown finish that currently cost $9.99 per number.
