Important Information

House Numbers:

During recent inspections of the Rosewood association we’ve become aware that the house numbers identifying your unit are missing or mismatched. For safety and aesthetic reasons, we are requesting that you purchase and install new house numbers as soon as possible.

 

In order to ensure aesthetic uniformity throughout the association, we are asking that all numbers purchased match the existing numerals. We’ve determined the existing numerals are manufactured by Baldwin Hardware in their 4” Solid Polished Brass series. There are a number of online retailers in which these are available, one you may want to consider is Baldwinhardwaredirect.com. We’ve included a link below for your reference.

COVID-19 Policies and Procedures: The following are policies or procedures that we are following due to the risks of COVID-19 and the instructions we have received from the state of Utah as well as recommendations from the Utah Apartment Association.

 

 

Closures:

 

-Alliance’s office in Roy will be open to the public by appointment only. If you need to bring a payment or document to our office, you may use the drop slot or make an appointment with our office staff.

 

-Most common area facilities have been reopened to the public. To ensure the safety of everyone please continue to abide by the social distancing guidelines and safety procedures provided by the state.

 

 

Maintenance:

 

Maintenance will be scheduled as usual. Residents that are showing signs of COVID-19 are asked to postpone maintenance requests unless it is a maintenance emergency.

 

Payments, Residential/Commercial/HOA:

 

-If you are unable to make a payment during this time, please contact our office as soon as you can. We are willing to work with anyone that has been negatively affected by COVID-19 and requires an accommodation for payments. Our office is complying with all laws, legislation and in house policies.

 

 

Investment Clients:

 

-We are working with tenants at this time to ensure that rents be paid and in a timely manner. We understand that you also may have been effected negatively by the COVID-19 pandemic and have a mortgage to continue to pay. We will send regular communication if for any reason you will not be receiving rents for the month or receiving them late.

 

 

Property Showings:

 

At this time we will continue to show our available rental properties as self-guided tours. You may contact our office to set up a showing.  We ask that you please use caution when viewing vacant units and follow heath precautions.
